Laboratory Research Assistant:

Primarily responsible for the analysis of nutrients and phytochemicals in biological materials, foods, and nutraceuticals with the potential to participate in cutting edge research in the analysis of biomarkers in blood spots. Additional responsibilities include new method development, validation, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, proposal writing and publications. Minimum requirements: Four year degree in a science-related field preferably analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or nutritional sciences with 1 to 3 years of work experience. Experience in ELISA and/or GC preferred. Good organizational skills, experience with computers and other instrumentation is highly desirable. :
